Emoji8 is described as a “fun application of the UWP form” that uses Windows Machine Learning and presents it in a way that is easy for anyone to try.
The app uses a webcam to monitor the user’s face and reads their expressions and converts them into the appropriate emojis. The app is open source on GitHub . Anyone can download it and try it on their computer through the Windows Store. After that, an internet connection is not necessary to use the application.
